These terms apply when you buy from Rosmira (https://rosmira.workfish.app). Please read them before you order.
Who we are
Rosmira is run by: Eugene Chicevic, Československej armády 241/28, 972 51 Handlová, Slovakia Email: support@workfish.app We are a sole trader established in Slovakia.
Your order
- You place an order on our checkout page, which Shopify runs for us.
- You get an order confirmation by email. Our contract is formed when we confirm your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Prices shown do not include sales tax. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.
- Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Shopify and its payment providers process your payment.
Shipping and risk of loss
- We ship to addresses in the United States that our checkout accepts. Delivery times and our promises if your order is delayed are in our shipping policy.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you. Until then it is ours.
- We pay any import duties. You never have to pay duties or import fees on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. The details are in our return policy.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and sizes on screen can differ slightly from the real product.
Warranty
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we replace it or refund you, as set out in our return policy.
- We don't give a separate written warranty unless the product page says so.
- This doesn't limit any implied warranties or other rights you have under the law of your state.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
- Please contact us first at support@workfish.app. Most problems can be solved quickly.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where your order was delivered and by applicable US federal law.
- You can bring a claim in the courts that have jurisdiction where you live, including small claims court.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that were on this page when you placed your order apply to that order.
