Return it within 30 days of delivery for any reason, unused and in its original condition. For a change of mind you pay the return postage. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we pay and replace or refund it. We refund within 10 business days after we receive the return. No restocking fee.

What does the card say?
"To my Love. I am not perfect. I annoy you, forget stuff, say stupid things and more... But you will never find someone who loves you like I do. I love you forever." This is the supplier's printed card; it can't be personalized. You can add your own gift message under the buy button (see below).

No. It is an artificial rose, not a real or preserved flower. It needs no water and doesn't wilt, but it has no rose scent.
What is the necklace made of?
Our supplier lists a copper-based pendant with a silver-tone plating and a clear cubic zirconia stone. It is fashion jewelry: not sterling silver, not solid gold, and we don't claim it is hypoallergenic. If the person has a metal allergy, please choose a different gift.

The box is about 15.8 × 11.8 × 14 cm (6.2 × 4.6 × 5.5 in). The pendant is about 1.5 cm (0.6 in) across on a chain of about 50 cm (19.7 in). Measurements are the supplier's and can vary slightly.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add an optional message under the buy button. After you order, the order page lets you print a gift card with your message, the product photo and To / From. The message is not printed or packed in the parcel.
Does the parcel show the price?
We can't promise that the warehouse leaves out a packing slip. If the price must stay a surprise, ship it to yourself first and hand it over in person.
When will it arrive?
It ships from a US warehouse. Usually delivered in 4–11 business days: 1–3 days to pack and hand to the carrier, then 3–8 days in transit. We email the tracking link when it ships. Around the holidays carriers can take longer, so order early.
